A virtual pet for iPhone, iPad & Mac

A little friend who lives on your device.

Adopt a kitten or a puppy. It gets hungry, wants to play, makes a mess and gets sleepy, just like a real pet. A visit can take half a minute: look at it, see what it needs, and help.

It’s nice here with you.

Meet the pets

Five kittens, three puppies. One is yours.

Pick a kitten or a puppy, choose its look and give it a name (or don’t: then it is simply called by its kind). You look after one pet at a time, and its look stays with it for good.

Hand-painted, soft and a little bit fluffy. Every pet moves its head, wags its tail, blinks at you and curls up to sleep.

Care in a few taps

Five buttons. That’s the whole game.

No menus to dig through. Your pet shows what it needs, and the right button is always at the bottom of the screen.

  • Feed

One tap, one portion. A full tummy won’t eat more, and the bowl slowly empties as your pet gets hungry again.

  • Play

Opens five short games. Every finished game cheers your pet up.

  • Clean

Pets make little piles. One tap and the room is sparkling clean again.

  • Medicine

Only when your pet is sick, and then it is well again at once.

  • Lamp

Switch it off at bedtime and your pet sleeps. Tired in the afternoon? A nap works too.

  • Read it at a glance

Food, mood, energy and cleanliness, each in four steps, with pictures and words instead of numbers. A greyed-out button just means “not needed right now”.

  • Tap to stroke

A little heart floats up. Petting is a moment of love, not a chore: it soothes a sleepy or poorly pet, however fast you tap.

  • It lives in real time

Time passes even while the app is closed. Nights run from 21:00 to 07:00. Going away? Pause the game and everything waits for you.

Play

Five tiny games, zero pressure.

Each one takes 20 to 35 seconds and plays right in your pet’s room while it wags along. No levels, no scores, no records: every finished game makes your pet happy, even if you just watched.

  • Ball Chase

Tap the rolling ball and send it off in a new direction!

  • Treat Catcher

Catch the falling treats with the basket!

  • Butterfly Hunt

    Gently touch the fluttering butterfly!

  • Pairs

Turn over two cards and find the pairs!

  • Bubble Pop

    Pop the rising bubbles!

Rooms

Seven cosy places, day and night.

Choose where your pet lives. The picture follows the time of day on its own (day from 7:00 to 19:00), or keep it always day or always night. The lamp dims whichever room you pick.

Friends

Pets can have a friend over.

On the same Wi-Fi, or just close to each other, two devices can meet. Both screens show the same six-digit code, you both agree, and your friend’s pet walks into your room.

  • High five
  • Play together
  • Say goodbye

A visit is just for fun: it changes nothing about your pet and nothing about it is saved. Only your pet’s name, kind and look travel to your friend’s device, over the local network, for that visit only.

Everywhere you are

iPhone, iPad and Mac.

The same pet game, made for each screen. On iPad and Mac the room gets a calm side panel with your pet’s day at a glance. On the Mac it can stay in the Dock and open at login.

Pet in your pocket, care at your thumb.

  • iPad

A big, bright room and an overview panel.

  • Mac

Apple silicon. Mouse, keyboard and Space to stroke.

Gentle by design

Made to be kind to you, too.

  • No ads, no shop

No coins, no in-app purchases, no daily rewards, no leaderboards.

  • Nothing leaves your device

No account. The app collects nothing about you. Your pet is saved right on your device.

  • Quiet when you want

Notifications are optional, with quiet hours at night. The game works the same without them.

  • Never guilt

Pop in a few times a day and your pet is happy. A few missed days never hurt it.

  • For everyone

VoiceOver, larger text and Reduce Motion are supported. Fully playable without sound.

  • Seven languages

English, Hungarian, German, Italian, French, Croatian and Japanese.

Questions

Questions and answers

When can I get it, and how much is it?

Love My Pet is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Mac. The planned price is €13, a one-time purchase, with no ads and nothing else to buy inside.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad with iOS / iPadOS 18 or later, and Macs with Apple silicon running macOS 15 or later.

Does my pet keep living when the app is closed?

Yes. Time passes in real time, so your pet gets hungry and sleepy while you are away, and the app works everything out when you come back. Going on holiday? Pause the game in Settings, and nothing changes until you resume.

Can my pet die?

Only after very long neglect: a sick pet left without medicine for about a month. A few missed days never lead to this, and medicine makes it well at once.

Is my pet the same on all my devices?

No. Each device has its own pet and its own save; there is no sync between devices.

Can I have more than one pet?

You look after one pet at a time. To start again with a new one, there is a new game option in Settings.

Someone small is waiting to meet you.
